Can I revoke access after sending?

What happens when access is revoked?
Once revoked: • the secure link immediately stops working • the recipient can no longer access the document • a message will display indicating the file is unavailable
Can recipients still keep downloaded copies?
If downloading is enabled and the recipient downloads the file before revocation, they may retain a local copy. FileRecall controls access to hosted files, not copies already saved outside the platform.
Can FileRecall prevent screenshots?
No platform can fully prevent screenshots or external recording. However, FileRecall may include features such as watermarking and controlled viewing to discourage unauthorized sharing.
