1. About FileRecall

FileRecall is a secure file‑sharing service that allows users to upload files, generate access links, set expiry rules, revoke access, and track file views.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use FileRecall.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring uploaded content complies with these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Copyright‑infringing material
• Sensitive personal data without consent
• Abusive, hateful, or harmful content

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

5. File Storage & Expiry

FileRecall provides temporary file hosting. Files may be automatically deleted when:

• They reach their expiry date
• You revoke access
• Your account is inactive
• You exceed plan limits

We do not guarantee long‑term storage.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring billing until cancelled
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Immediate downgrade/upgrade effects

Prices may change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

FileRecall retains all rights to the platform, branding, and technology. You retain rights to your uploaded content.

You grant FileRecall a limited license to store and process your files solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FileRecall is provided “as is”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the service

You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
